Kings’ School Dubai Inclusion Team are looking for a 1:1 LSA’s to join the team for the next academic year. 

This is a superb opportunity for aspiring, imaginative and inspirational Learning Support Assistant to join an outstanding, creative, innovative and supportive team.  

The successful candidates will need to:  

  • Have worked as an Inclusion Learning Support Assistant previously  
  • Have sound knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 or KS2 curriculum. 
  • Be an innovative, flexible, creative, enthusiastic practitioner and be able to plan and deliver a range of interventions.  
  • Have an excellent understanding of phonics, in particular the Read Write Inc programme, and be confident to deliver class, group and 1:1 phonics sessions.  
  • Know and understand how to use a range of strategies to support learning in the classroom.  
  • Have an understanding of IEP’s and be confident to attend parent meetings. 
  • Be an innovative, creative, enthusiastic practitioner. 
  • Be committed to the well-being and pastoral care of all students within their care. 
  • Have an understanding of how to manage a range of behaviour needs.  
  • Be able to develop positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
  • A valid UAE residence visa is a must for the position.

Successful applicants will take up their position in August 2023 and will be required to participate in a thorough induction programme.
