We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified 2nd Line IT Technician to work for Edmonton Academy Trust at one of its busy Enfield Schools, which has a reputation for providing outstanding support for staff and students.
As an 2nd Line IT Technician, you’ll be responsible for the monitoring and maintaining IT systems including remote working solutions. Working closely with other technicians to provide support for teaching and associate staff relating to IT resources within the trust ensuring that the curriculum and administrative IT function runs smoothly.
Applicants should have excellent customer service skills aligned with ITIL Foundation concepts with certification being an added plus. Familiarity with a Windows environment and VMWare DataCenter is highly desirable, as is proven knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with project management principles will also be desirable.
The Trust is in an exciting stage of its development and currently comprises a dual campus all through school and 11-18 academy.

Hours: 36 hours per week x 52 weeks per annum
Actual Salary Range: £30,033 - £32,421 p.a. inclusive (Scale 5)
