Oasis Academy Hadley is an inclusive all-through, 2 to 19 academy that is committed to giving children the best possible education. The Academy’s students make good progress exceeding or equalling national averages. Each year around 94% of our students’ progress to university with 88% to Russell Group or top third universities following a wide range of courses. Outside the classroom extra-curricular activities provide enrichment opportunities for our students. The work of the Academy is supported by the Oasis Hub Hadley which provides integrated, high-quality services that benefit students and their families.

We are committed to providing staff with high quality professional development. Mid-week masterclasses run by experienced colleagues focusing on academy priorities are available to all teachers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT or experienced teacher looking to make a difference to the lives of young people.
