Activity Officers

We are currently seeking applicants for these exciting new Activity Officer roles. We are looking at making 3 appointments in total to work across both of our sites, to start in January 2024. These roles will initially be fixed term to the summer break 2024 as part of a pilot. The postholders will work with departments in the school to provide extra-curricular provision and opportunities for students; they will also lead a range of clubs and will monitor and analyse participation and look for ways to improve provision and help out with any end of day processes.

You will work Monday to Friday during term-times, 12pm to 5pm, with a 30 minute unpaid break - so 22.5 working hours per week.

Stratford School Academy is an inclusive, mixed, community school characterised by high expectations, a rigorous academic curriculum and caring pastoral systems. Stratford School Academy has been rebuilt and redeveloped through the Priority Schools Building Programme recently. We now have two new buildings, each for 750 students situated on separate sites but close to one another. The two sites operate as parallel ‘mini schools’ educating students from Year 7 to 11.
