Unsted Park School are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join a busy and professional administration team. We are looking for enthusiastic multitasker, who is highly skilled and proficient in the use of Microsoft office, excel & word. You will be a solution focused member of the team and be able to prioritise competing deadlines in a professional manner. Previous experience working within a finance or educational setting would be desirable but not essential. 

Unsted Park School provides specialist education for boys and girls aged 7 to 19 with Asperger's Syndrome, higher functioning autism and associated disorders. You will be responsible for assisting with all business support functions including Payroll and Finance administration support. You will be responsible for reviewing the reducing budget spreadsheet and debit balances on a monthly basis and month end reconciliation, petty cash and ad-hoc financial activities. 

You will be expected to undergo in-house training in a range of areas including Child Protection, Physical Intervention, Behavioural Management, Fire Prevention and Health & Safety at work and other specialist training related to the location as well as relevant CPD. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to company systems, be educated to GCSE level or equivalent standard, and have a good level of English and Maths to fulfil the role.
