Job overview

We are looking for an adept, meticulous and highly motivated individual to join our business team and provide an efficient administrative support service.

No two days are the same at Eton Park, so you will need to have the resilience and enthusiasm to deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.

You will work under the direction and guidance of senior staff to provide routine administrative support. This will include tasks such as maintaining manual and computerised records, producing information and data as required, providing communication to parents as required, photocopying, emailing, completing forms and responding to queries.

To be successful, you will be professional, able to maintain confidential information and have a can-do attitude. You will also have the ability to work accurately, with attention to detail and strong communication skills. Finally, you will have good numeracy and literacy skills. Any qualifications in business or administration and experience in administration, as well as experience within an educational setting, will be a distinct advantage.

In this role, you will work 37 hours per week at 39 weeks, term time plus INSET days.

Eton Park is a purpose-built academy for students between the ages of 7 and 11 that opened in October 1991. We have a very generous site, which includes playing fields, a hard surface playground, a trim trail, an ICT theatre, gardens and a nature conservation area.
