Job overview

As part of this role, you will be required to work on reception and be involved with administration, welfare – including leading on first aid and with all other tasks as set out in the job description and as directed by the Office Manager.

 You may be the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school so presentation, manners and telephone communication skills are vital for this role. The successful applicant will have the ability to carry out all administrative tasks to a high standard as set out in the person specification.

 Enthusiasm, positivity and friendship should be the manner in which you approach this position.

About Seven Kings School

Seven Kings School is a mixed maintained all through school in  Ilford, serving pupils from the ages of 4 to 18. The school is situated  in the London Borough of Redbridge. Seven Kings has approximately 2000  students and is a community school maintained by Redbridge Borough  Council. 

The primary school opened in 2015, with all pupils automatically  entitled to move to the secondary.  In 2018, Seven Kings school was  identified by Ofsted as one of the outstanding schools serving  disadvantaged communities.
