Monday to Friday - part-time and full-time

Term-time contracts which may include teacher training days

Responsible to: Headteacher

We have vacancies for enthusiastic and well-organised administrative assistants across three of our Meridian Trust primary schools - posts are available at the new Northstowe Primary School, Histon and Impington Brook Primary School and Trumpington Park Primary School. You will be part of small and friendly office teams and the roles will be busy and varied. Your work will include some reception duties, greeting visitors, answering emails and telephone calls, managing pupil records including attendance and admissions data, liaison with external agencies, maintaining pupil information records and assisting in the coordination of school events such as parents' evenings and school trips.

The ideal candidate:

  • A good educational background - GCSE qualifications or above
  • Experience of working in a school or office environment
  • Possess outstanding communication skills and can work well in a team
  • An understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues
