Job overview

Engage, Enable, Empower

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an inspirational and ambitious Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support for the Trust Executive Team

Lydiate Learning Trust is a successful and growing group of Academies across both the Primary and Secondary sector and operating largely in the Liverpool City Region. The main Trust office is based in Wavertree Technology Park and the successful individual will have a desk at this centre. They may also be asked to work on site in our schools as and when required.

In return you will be working with a team of Executives who lead the multi-academy trust. They have different roles covering School Improvement, HR, Finance and Operations. Their jobs are fast, and they need admin support. Currently, the CEO has an Executive PA, but more capacity is required, with this in mind, you will line manage to the Executive PA but serve the needs of the wider Executive team. A typical list of what is required can be found later in the job description. So, who are we looking for? Someone who is well organised, flexible, creative and dedicated. They need to be hardworking to fit with the team and keen to progress and do well. They should be personable and have a sense of humour too. We will be ideally looking for 2 years’ experience in a general administrative role or similar. They must be ICT literate and willing to learn. Hopefully they are ambitious and aspire to become a PA or similar in the near future. They should be happy to work individually or as part of a team and must be able to provide high quality customer service.

You will receive quality training and be encouraged to get involved in Trust/School life. You will have a personal visioning meeting; we will carve a pathway for professional development with you and will support you all the way. If you feel you are up to the challenge, keen to do well and would enjoy working with Lydiate Learning Trust, then we hope that you are that special person we are looking for and we look forward to hearing from you.

We do hope you are that special person we are looking for and we look forward to hearing from you.
