Abingdon Preparatory School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Officer to work with the Admissions Manager & PA to Headmaster in our friendly and busy school.
The successful applicant will be engaged with a variety of responsibilities including supporting the process of admissions, assisting with various school events, working with colleagues in the school office and providing assistance to the Headmaster as required.
Excellent administrative skills including experience working with a database are essential. In addition the successful applicant will have strong inter-personal skills, be able to work as part of a team as well as independently and be able to take initiative.
