Redgate Primary Academy
Redgate Primary Academy is a SEN school for pupils aged 3-11 years, whom have moderate/severe and complex learning difficulties, predominantly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The academy provides a stimulating, challenging and safe learning environment where individuals are valued and nurtured.

The opportunity
The role is for an Administrator to organise, plan, prioritise and co-ordinate a wide and varied range of administrative support across both academy office teams, to ensure that effective business and educational support is maintained.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop basic systems and processes to meet business needs and to ensure the high quality of information held.
- Create, manage and manipulate information relating to finance, students and staffing, or any other service requirement.
- Provide business and administrative support to colleagues, governors, parents/carers and business contacts about policies, processes and services provided, including implementing these where necessary to meet the needs of the Academy.
- Provide advice, guidance and support to other business administrative staff as required.
- Support team members to ensure that quality, performance, standards and deadlines are achieved.
Essential
- Be a key part of the student services providing a range of administrative services to support the students and staff within the academy.
- Build positive relationships with other staff and colleagues across the Trust and embed a collaborative working culture in the Academy.
Desirable
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative work setting.

Yeoman Park Academy is a specialist academy for children with severe, complex, profound and multiple learning difficulties. The age range is 3 -19 and we currently have over 80 children and young adults attending the academy. We are a fully inclusive academy and strive to ensure that all children meet their full potential.
