SPS Administrator (6 month Fixed Term Contract)

We are looking to appoint an organised, efficient, enthusiastic and cheerful administrator to support the school staff in our busy dynamic learning community for a 6 month period. The successful candidate will be a highly competent, well organised individual who brings enthusiasm and innovation to the team, and will be able to take responsibility for tasks as well as work independently when required. This role calls for a flexible approach and individuals who are adaptable with the ability to deal with both a reactive and proactive workload.

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. The role is offered on a term time only basis, on a 6 month fixed term contract)

St Paul’s School was founded in 1509 and currently occupies a large site in Barnes, south-west London. A selective independent school, it provides an education for boys aged 7-18 and has boarding facilities for a small number of its students.

Prospective entrants are usually expected to pass online and/or written examinations across a range of subjects, as well as undergoing an interview with a senior member of staff. In order to improve accessibility for students from poorer backgrounds, a wide range of bursaries and scholarships are available for boys who reach the required academic standard.
