Administrator
We are excited to share that we are looking for an Administrator to join our dedicated Student Services team. This is a full-time, maternity cover contract running from December 2024 to October 2025. This role is crucial in providing efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department and a positive experience for our students.
Responsibilities
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling student enquiries, maintaining records, ordering equipment, booking trips and coordinating departmental communications. You will also work closely with other team members to support various student services, including welfare, guidance, and general administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Principal For Student Services to ensure achievement and attendance are maximised: Sending letters home for teams according to attendance process.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact with students, staff, and external partners regularly. Experience in a previous, fast paced office role, where you are comfortable taking meeting minutes, using Microsoft Outlook and using Excel are essential.
