Sparks Managed Services - The Sheffield College
As a Student Services administrator, you will be the first point of contact for many of our services. The duties will include offering administrative and clerical support to students and linking them to the wider support available within College. You will also co-ordinate front of house Student Services activities, including dealing with questions and queries from students and staff. You will also be responsible for the production and checking of Student Status documentation and responding to reference requests from employers.
You should have a pleasant personality and be able to listen carefully and sensitively in order to deal with student issues in a timely and effective manner.
Duties will also include working as part of the SEND and Student Services team therefore you will be required to provide administrative and clerical support to the department as required.
