Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an Admissions Administrator who will report directly to the Admissions Secretary (and thereby ultimately to the Registrar) providing administrative support for the Admissions and Marketing team, also working under the close direction of the Marketing Officers. It is fundamental to the role that the successful candidate is an exceptional communicator and possesses a professional demeanour and warm personality, as the post holder will be required to interact with parents, students and staff. The Admissions Administrator will have excellent IT skills and attention to detail, good organisational skills and possess the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workloads. Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with an unpaid daily one hour lunch break (35 hours per week).
