Montgomery International School is an international school based in Brussels, a few steps away from the European Institutions, NATO and the economic hub of the capital.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing 

  • Ensure that the student recruitment targets are met.
  • Develop and execute the school’s marketing strategy to enhance visibility and attract prospective families.
  • Organize open houses, school tours, and other promotional events to showcase the school.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local media, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze marketing data and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and refine strategies.
  • Work closely with the leadership and  finance team on enrollment projections and tuition revenue forecasts.

Admissions Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
  • Act as the primary liaison for prospective families, providing them with information and support throughout the admissions journey.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective families.
  • Schedule and conduct school tours, interviews, and admissions meetings.
  • Collaborate with the  academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all admissions activities and provide regular updates to school leadership. Manage the admissions database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee the end-to-end re-enrolment process (survey, contracts,  liaise with finance for invoicing). 
  • Create and analyze admissions data and statistics to identify patterns, refine recruitment strategies, and support enrollment projections as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of admissions initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on enrollment trends, marketing efforts, and admissions goals.

Relationship Building

  • Foster relationships with alumni, current families, and other stakeholders to enhance the school’s reputation and referral network.
  • Organize orientation sessions for new families to help them integrate into the school community.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective families to foster a welcoming and inclusive school community.
  • Proactively engage with local and international institutions, embassies, and corporations through outreach programs to raise awareness of the school and expand its admissions network.
  • Represent the school at community events, expos, and other external gatherings to promote its mission and offerings.
  • Build partnerships with organizations that align with the school’s vision to increase visibility and potential enrollment opportunities.

Collaboration and Team Leadership

  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective marketing and admissions efforts.
  • Work closely with the Communications and Design Manager to:
  • Develop and refine marketing materials, newsletters, and the school website and brochure.
  • Collaborate on creating engaging social media content and managing platforms to strengthen the school’s online presence.
  • Partner with the Parents’ Association to align initiatives and communications that support the school community.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Perfect command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong command of French, both written and spoken
  • Any additional language is a plus
  • A minimum of a Bachelor degree related to this field of work or relevant experience and skills
  • Experience in the field of admissions/external relations/marketing/communication or any other related field is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Autonomous, organised and excellent attention to detail
  • Customer orientation, commercial spirit and persuasion skills
  • Warm, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with complete confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Creative and innovative
  • Flexible and always willing to help the school when other needs arise
  • Availability during school holidays
