Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in a sales-driven admissions role, with a track record of meeting enrolment targets
  • Familiarity with the Asian market; experience in an international school is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics, with a strategic and data-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, able to build lasting relationships with diverse families and stakeholders
  • Fluent in English with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
  • Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve goals
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and resilient in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and motivate a team toward ambitious goals
  • Must have a clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service or Police Check
  • A strong commitment to contributing to the vibrant Scholastic International School community.
