The Role
Uppingham Cairo is delighted to invite applications for the post of Admissions Deputy Director. Uppingham Cairo will be a K-12 day school and opened in September 2024. It is located at New Giza, approximately 15 km west of central Cairo and within sight of the pyramids at Giza. Construction of the school, offering class-leading facilities, is currently on schedule, and the admissions office will become operational on the school site in September 2023.
This will be a key strategic position, reporting to the Director of Admissions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a successful recruitment strategy, promoting the school both locally and regionally and collaborating with all stakeholders to achieve recruitment targets in both quantity and quality of the pupils. The successful applicant will lead and motivate the admissions department, work closely with the Founding Head, the Head of Marketing and the SLT in delivering a successful recruitment, admissions and marketing strategy.
