Job overview

The Admissions team is the first point of contact for prospective parents, so first impressions are critical. The team currently comprises of a Head of Marketing and Admissions, Admissions Registrar (to be appointed) and a Marketing and Admissions Assistant. It is the team’s responsibility to ensure that the journey from enquiry to joining the School is as smooth as possible, by providing excellent customer service in a timely manner. The team also shares in responsibility for achieving good levels of retention, a full School roll and for the analysis of relevant data in this regard.

This is a critical post in the school, with primary responsibility for all aspects of pupil recruitment and admissions into the school, both from within the UK and from abroad. The Admissions Registrar will build strong and lasting relationships with prospective parents and pupils to deliver on objectives to ensure that the school operates at full capacity.

The Admissions Registrar is expected to have a whole school approach and ensure that they understand the importance of school events in relation to termly activities. He or she will also be expected to attend whole school events to gain a thorough understanding of the academic and pastoral experiences that pupils can expect when coming to St Faith’s. A sound understanding of, overseas recruitment, SEN and the curriculum would be an advantage.
