Job overview

We are seeking to appoint an Admissions Registrar to provide maternity cover on a one-year fixed term contract.

The Admissions Registrar will lead the Admissions department. Working as part of a small team, the role is busy, varied and interesting. This is a hands-on role which requires excellent people and administrative skills, flexibility and the ability to work both independently and as part of the wider marketing and alumni teams.

The Admissions Registrar will have a warm and welcoming manner responding to queries and registrations from prospective parents and their children, feeder schools, nurseries, and the public, ensuring that they are dealt with in an efficient and highly customer-focused way. As well as being well-organised, the successful candidate will have great attention to detail, planning skills and a high level of computer literacy. Proven database management experience is essential.

Candidates must have a willingness to play a full part in the extra-curricular life of the College and be in sympathy with its Catholic ethos.
