Job overview

“When working with students every day, trusting relationships are formed and you become someone incredibly important to the young people you support. As an LSA, we are working with staff across all departments which is really insightful when wanting a bigger picture of how the school is working across subjects. I have learnt a lot about SEND in education and broadened my own knowledge on a range of subject areas throughout my time as an LSA.” – Laurus Trust LSA

Here at the Laurus Trust we are able to provide a cutting-edge SEND provision that has a positive impact on our young people, and we are currently looking to recruit caring and dedicated individuals to join our SEND team. You will play a vital role in enhancing students’ progress whilst promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.

You will be fully supported and mentored through your apprenticeship and be given protected time to complete coursework and assessments.
