Khalif Bin Zayed Al Awal (KBZA) School is currently seeking to recruit a high-performing Arabic Teacher Assistant to join the team.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education (with specialization in the assigned area of responsibility) for KG for C1.
  • Current teaching credentials from an accredited academic institution/Legislative body or its equivalency.
  • Knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum, assessment, student learning, management of student behavior, teaching and learning strategies.
  • Subject specific knowledge.
  • Skills, including behavior management, conflict management, and lesson planning.
  • Relationship management skills with colleagues, parents and students.
  • Communication skills and ability to adapt to all levels.
  • Organizational Skills.
  • Change Management Skills.
