Job overview
We are looking for a dynamic teacher of Art to join our high achieving Art & Design faculty to ensure teaching excellence and consistency for students while a member of staff is on maternity leave.
You will have the ability to teach Art to KS3 and KS4 with a willingness to teach other subjects within the design and technology carousel if required. Art is studied throughout KS3 and is a popular KS4 and 5 option. The Art and Design offer at KS4 and 5 includes the endorsements of Fine Art, Graphic Communication and Photography. We have an extremely well equipped department and have dedicated Art studios, DT Workshops and Food Tech kitchens within the faculty. We look forward to hearing from candidates who would be excited to be a part of our aspiring and forward thinking team.

We follow STPCD and support staff can join the LGPS. ECT’s follow an established induction programme while more experienced staff are able to join our leadership training programmes. Many among our teaching staff enrol in our school-based MA programme run in conjunction with St Mary's University. The college is a member of PiXL.
