Job overview

This well organised individual will work within our Support & Guidance team under the direction of senior staff, supporting the Head of Year in creating a positive ethos, establishing high standards of achievement, behaviour and attendance.     

This is an extremely rewarding, demanding and varied role, the successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, establishing constructive relationships with staff, parents and students, and become actively involved in activities both within the Academy and externally.   A full detailed job description can be accessed via the Academy’s website.
