Assistant Head Teacher (Learning & Achievement)

As the Assistant Head Teacher (Learning & Achievement), you will play a key role in leading and enhancing teaching, learning, and academic progress across the school. Working closely with the Heads of Faculty, you will ensure the delivery of a high-quality curriculum, provide strategic oversight of academic monitoring and interventions, and lead quality assurance initiatives such as lesson observations and learning walks.

Your ability to inspire and motivate others, innovate to improve student outcomes, and manage change will be essential in driving forward the learning and achievement of our pupils and supporting the ongoing success of our school.

Please note – A university degree with QTS or international equivalent is essential, as is relevant experience in the UK or in an overseas British secondary school. We require our staff to be English-speaking teachers (native-speaker level).
