Salary range: L15 – 20 (£66,628 - £75,331)
Age range: 11-18 NOR: 1700 (just under 350 in the Sixth Form)
We are seeking to appoint three permanent Assistant Headteachers with the vision and drive to support the Headteacher in ensuring excellence for our young people.
Currently the Senior Leadership Team structure has a Headteacher, two Deputy Headteachers, one Pastoral Deputy and a Deputy responsible for Curriculum, Standards and Achievement and Assistant Headteachers.
We are looking for three Assistant Headteachers with a strong track record of sustained improvement, a commitment to high quality teaching and learning and a passion to provide the best possible education for our students. The three separate roles will be; Timetabling and developing consistency amongst Pastoral Middle Leaders, CPD and developing consistency amongst Curriculum Middle Leaders and the third to lead on Personal Development across the school.
The successful candidates will be outstanding teachers as well as inspirational and highly motivated individuals.

About Trinity School
Trinity School is a mixed, non-selective Church of England secondary school with sixth form, situated in Carlisle, Cumbria. There are over 1,700 students at the school between the ages of 11-18.
Trinity School converted to academy status in 2011. It opened in 1968, the result of the amalgamation of Carlisle Grammar School, the Margaret Sewell School for Girls and the Creighton School for Boys.
