Assistant Headteacher  
To Lead, Manage and Develop a department including either Lower School - EYFS, KS1, & KS2 Curriculum or Upper School – KS3, KS4 & KS5.

The Governors wish to appoint an assistant headteacher with a dynamic vision for the future of special education, who will possess proven leadership and management skills and be

• A highly effective classroom practitioner who can inspire and coach colleagues to work at their best and create innovative approaches to teaching and learning to develop the potential of every pupil.
• Able to lead motivate, support, challenge and develop staff to secure improvement.
• A dedicated leader who is energetic, ambitious and has a positive outlook.
• Committed to work effectively with the whole school community.
