Job overview

We are recruiting a qualified and experienced SENDCo to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will also be the lead for safeguarding and take on the role of DSL.

We welcome applications from teachers with experience in any year group but must be qualified and ready to take the next step into leadership. A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a SENDCo is required. Applicants must also have experience of leading safeguarding.

The role will also include subject leadership of a core area of the curriculum. The successful candidate will be fully involved in the leadership of the school and will work as part of the SLT.
