Baytree School is a growing school, we have recently opened a second campus in Clevedon and to support our future growth we are looking for an innovative, reflective and highly efficient leader to join our Senior Leadership Team in the role of Assistant Headteacher. The successful candidate will have the responsibility for supporting the strategic and operational leadership of the school and will primarily, but not exclusively, be based at our campus at Weston Super Mare.
Baytree School currently supports 120 learners aged 3-19 years with profound and complex needs across both sites.
The successful candidate will be committed to ensuring all learners have access to a personalised, progressive and challenging curriculum within a safe and nurturing environment.
