We are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and dynamic Assistant Headteacher responsible for Attendance, Pupil Premium, Recognition and KS2/3 Primary Transition. This role in the school Leadership Team is a crucial appointment and one that will support someone with aspirations for a higher level of responsibility and long term, headship,
Interviews for the role will be over two days with appropriate panels and activities for the role.
Robert Blake School is a thriving and rapidly growing non-selective school of just under 1100 students. Robert Blake School is a co-educational, non-denominational secondary school in Bridgwater, Somerset. There are currently 975 students aged 11-16 on the school roll.
Robert Blake School is named for a distinguished 17th-century military commander who was born in Bridgwater. The town is located to the west of the Quantocks and has a population of 41,000.
The school is housed in a wonderful building completed in 2012, and boasts fantastic facilities. The school environment provides every opportunity for students to learn and achieve.
