Your educational philosophy will need to be based in trauma informed and emotion coaching, as well as be a relational minded person who wants to make a difference to our students lives. You will work closely with the Head of School (and indirectly with the Executive Headteacher) and BPRU’s Senior Leadership Team, to shape and deliver the mission, vision and values of our school and also across the Federation. You will articulate high expectations; quality assure holistic teaching and learning, personal development etc and develop staff, through high quality CPD and Performance Management.
