An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Principal (Behaviour and Welfare) to join Break Through School.

Break Through is an independent day special school for children and young people with SEMH needs.   The school is part of Melrose Education limited. 

We are looking for an outstanding educational practitioner with relevant special educational needs experience. You must be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, clear communication skills and can focus upon the needs of all of our learners. Excellent relationship building skills are essential, and you must be able to demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate our learners in sometimes challenging situations. Ideally the successful applicant will have QTS/QTLS.
