WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an assistant principal (Great Baddow: KS1-2) to start on 4 November 2024. This leadership position is a full-time and strategic role focused on supporting the executive principal to maintain the consistently outstanding quality of education provided across all our therapeutic special schools in Essex. It is essential for candidates to have at least middle leadership experience in the independent special sector. Responsibilities include both day-to-day site management as well as ensuring placement targets are met.
