We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to play a key role in supporting the delivering of successful projects within our Transformation Team. About The Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will:

  • Support project initiation, planning, and monitoring.
  • Maintain project documentation, logs, and registers to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking budgets.
  • Monitor resource allocation and facilitate contracts for project teams.
  • Ensure project risks, actions, and dependencies are managed effectively.
  • Assist in streamlining processes and driving continuous improvements.


This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to develop their project management skills.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a project environment with diverse teams
  • A proactive approach, confidence, and the ability to be flexible
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, plus A-levels (or equivalent)
  • A project management certification (Prince2, Agile, APMP) is desirable.
