The Outwood Grange Academies Trust, a beacon of excellence and innovation, is seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Associate Director of Science to play an essential role in the School Improvement Team.

Here, at the forefront of scientific advancement, you'll have the chance to shape the future of science education across a number of our Academies. As the Associate Director of Science, you will play a pivotal role in steering our scientific initiatives, developing our curriculum towards new horizons and raising outcomes for our students, through innovative intervention strategies.

Whilst you will predominantly serve the academies in the Middlesbrough & Redcar Community of our trust, you may be required to travel to any academy within the Trust as part of the remit of the School Improvement Team.

Part of the Outwood Family since 2017, Outwood Academy Redcar is an 11-16 academy, based in the coastal town of Redcar in the north-east, near Middlesbrough, Ofsted rated Good in 2021.
