37 hours a week Monday to Thursday (7.30am to 3.30pm & Friday 7.30am to 3.00pm)
39 working weeks per year (term time plus inset days)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and organised Attendance Assistant to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a successful and aspirational school. In this role you as Attendance Assistant will work alongside the Attendance Officer and the Pastoral Team, providing support for the wellbeing of the young people of our school to have a positive impact on their lives and education.
What you'll need to succeed:

- Ability to provide timely and accurate information
- Good organisational skills
Duties involved:
- To undertake administrative duties relating to pupil punctuality, attendance and general records.
- To input and ensure the accuracy of data onto the computer and SIMS systems.
- To contact parents/guardians on a daily basis concerning student absence.
