Term time only + 10 days
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and inspirational Attendance Manager, who will be able to contribute to the continued improvements within the department.
- You will promote excellent levels of attendance across the Academy.
- You will be responsible for monitoring and improving the attendance of all students.
- You will lead an attendance team ensuring that staff are fully trained and have clear opportunities to develop their skills further

We’re a larger than average inner-city academy in Bradford, within the Little Horton ward (BD5). We are a part of a vibrant and diverse community, with 13 of the possible 17 ethnic groups represented in school. We celebrate our pupils’ talents, including the high number of pupils who are multilingual. Pupils with SEND are well supported, including through our resourced provision. Our building is shared with a special school, Co-op Academy Southfield, and this brings with it lots of opportunities to collaborate.
