37 hours per week / term time only (including 5 Training Days)

Level 3A Point Range 5 - 8 (depending on experience) £24,790.00 – 25,992.00 pro rata (Actual salary range will be £21,584.00 – £22,631.00)
Hours of work: 8.00am – 4.00pm (30 minute lunch break) Monday – Thursday
8.00am – 3.30pm (30 minute lunch break) Friday
We wish to appoint a hardworking and motivated Attendance Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting good attendance across the school and driving attendance rates up. The role will suit a hardworking organised administrator with a passion for working in a school environment and empathy for student care.
The ability to work as part of a team and confidence to work with students, parents and external agencies is essential.
Working in a school requires you to have strong organisational and communication skills. There will be face-to-face interaction with students, members of staff, parents and external agencies.

Redborne is a successful school on a spacious and pleasant campus near the market town of Ampthill in Bedfordshire. We achieve excellent examination results with about three-quarters of students typically gaining Maths and English at grades 9 – 4. ‘A’ Level results are also very good with over half at ‘A*’, ‘A’ or ‘B’ grades and an overall pass rate of 99.9%. About 80% of the Sixth Form go on to university and each year a number of students get into Oxbridge. The school is well regarded, oversubscribed and situated in a very pleasant area of Central Bedfordshire, within easy reach of London. The campus includes a state-of-the-art 400 seat theatre and Sixth Form social area.
