Aspris College North Wales are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (TA) to join our education team on a bank basis!  We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Learning Support Workers, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support our students. The successful candidate will assist the young adults with their work and supporting with student behaviour while establishing good relationships with students, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.

We are a specialist further education college for learners aged 16-25 with Autistic Spectrum Condition and a range of associated conditions. Aspris College North Wales works in partnership with College Cambria to deliver mainstream education with tailored support in education, independence and communication skills.

The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting young adults and have or be willing to work towards a NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) which is appropriate to the teaching and learning environment of learners and young adults.
