We are looking for an exceptional person to join our team as a Behaviour and Pastoral Lead. This is an exciting new role that is key to the school's development. You will take the lead role in managing pastoral support to students and their families as well as work alongside the SLT to lead on behaviour across the school.

You will be:

  • A motivated, adaptable and caring professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality pastoral and behavioural support
  • A self-starter who is confident working independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Personable, with the ability to inspire and develop a staff team
  • Experienced working with children, young people and their families ideally in the fields of learning disability / complex needs
  • Analytical and able to draw on data to develop tailored support plans
