About the role
We are seeking a proactive Catering Assistant to assist the Catering Manager in providing the highest level of customer service to all students, staff and visitors. You will assist with stock and deliveries, ensure the kitchen and dining area is clean and tidy, and help to prepare and serve varied, nutritional menu items to students.
The ideal candidate for this post will:
- Be enthusiastic and motivated.
- Have the ability to work as part of a team.
- Possess a professional work ethic, great communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop in the role.
- Understand the importance of food hygiene and safety.
