Chaplain

The community of the Haberdashers’ Monmouth Schools seek to appoint an ordained member of the Anglican faith to be Chaplain from September 2024. The post will suit a person of initiative and vision who is excited by the opportunities of working in a school environment. In addition to spiritual and pastoral responsibilities, the Chaplain will contribute to the wider life of this thriving educational community. Monmouth School for Boys, Monmouth School for Girls and Monmouth Prep School will merge in September 2024 to form one co-educational school. Monmouth Prep School has been co-educational since September 2021. The Chaplain will be a key member of the school’s pastoral team and take responsibility for the school’s worship across the year groups.
