Job overview
Required for January 2025, a part-time (two or three days per week), class music teacher for Reception to Year 6. Falkner House is a very happy and successful selective school with bright and enthusiastic children. There is an extremely strong music tradition, c.70% of the girls learn an individual instrument and the class music teacher would join a thriving and dynamic music department. The successful applicant must be able to teach class singing and be a competent pianist. They will wish to combine a structured approach to music teaching with confidence, cheerfulness and a sense of humour! The successful candidate will also play an active role in the general life of the school.
Highly competitive salary based on experience.
