About Us

The Palace Nursery is an outstanding, reputable, Dubai-based nursery that was opened in 2015. The nursery caters for children between the ages of 14 months and 5 years (Foundation Stage 2). The nursery is very centrally located in the hearth of Dubai, close to amenities, the beach, shopping malls and other attractions. It is also close to the Dubai metro line which supports ease of access to and from the nursery and other amenities.

Curriculum

The nursery uses the Early Years Foundation Stage framework to plan for the needs and interests of the children in their care. We have state-of-the-art facilities and resources to support children while they learn through play. We take a child-centered approach and believe that children learn best when engaged and engage well when interested in the topic at hand. We believe in offering the children rich experiences and opportunities to explore, discover, investigate, and collaborate in a safe, stimulating environment.

The Palace Nursery has 15 classes and offers a vibrant and enthusiastic work-environment. There is a very positive and cohesive vibe amongst the team who endeavour to give the very best to the children in their class and to their parents with whom they work alongside. About You

The Palace Nursery is seeking four candidates to join their diverse team and is offering an attractive package and opportunities for progression. We are seeking candidates who have a passion for teaching in the early years and who are fully committed to child safeguarding. We ask for a minimum qualification of Cache level 3 or the equivalent. Candidates who have experience teaching in an early years’ environment may have an advantage but it is not a necessity as we offer an extensive induction and training programme. Candidates should be English speaking or have an excellent command of both spoken and written English. Alternatively, in our French department, we are seeking French speakers or those with excellent written and oral French. Candidates should have the ability and desire to work on their own initiative to create a wholesome and welcoming class environment while also being able to collaborate with parents and colleagues for the planning and delivering of special events or occasions. You should have a desire to grow, learn, develop and to progress within our 100 person-wide team! Successful candidates can expect to be awarded a package of approximately 10,000 AED per month inclusive of all allowances including an accommodation allowance for teachers and 12,000 AED minimum for senior roles such as deputy head teacher, SENCO or office administrator.
