Essential Criteria

We are seeking dynamic professionals who demonstrate:

  • Promotion of stewardship of our Vision for a Catholic K-12 College;
  • Skills as an outstanding teacher of experience and initiative who can work effectively with the curriculum team, colleagues, students and families;
  • A deep knowledge of contemporary issues and practices in teaching their specialist subject area from Years 7-12;
  • Ability to contribute to the development of pedagogy and assessment practices across the curriculum; 
  • Willingness to support the College to build community with staff, students and their families; and
  • Exceptional communication with the ability to effectively engage with colleagues, students, parents and community members.
