We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled KS2 and EYFS teacher who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality teaching, deliver engaging and creative lessons, and help to nurture each child’s unique learning journey. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, assessing progress and tailoring support to meet the needs of every child.
The successful candidate will:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons in accordance with the national curriculum and school guidelines.
- Develop engaging and diverse teaching materials to meet the needs of children with varying abilities.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and feedback.
- Provide quality first teaching to enable success for all.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children’s participation and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support children’s development and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of children performance and write reports and reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in education and integrate best practices into teaching strategies.
Essential
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, or evidence of substantial teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage, motivate and inspire children.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and execute effective lessons.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive school culture.
- Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and adaptive teaching strategies.
Desirable
- Innovative teaching methods and a passion for incorporating technology into lessons.
- Strong understanding of current educational trends and pedagogical approaches.
