How would you like a school that values their staff and supports staff to make sure they can do their job to the absolute best of their abilities?

My name is Esther Taylor and I am the headteacher of Brookmead School. I feel genuinely fortunate to be a part of such a fantastic community. Members of the ‘Brookmead Community’ say this is an incredibly special place to work. The children are absolutely awesome, the whole community is so supportive, the governors are fully behind our vision and our staff team are just wonderful to work with. We are a truly genuine team who look out for each other and make sure we are all supported. Together, all of our stakeholders make up our Brookmead Community.

We can offer you:

¨ Superb outdoor learning facilities and a learning environment which is undergoing an exciting phase of development to become even more child centred

¨ The chance to become a member of a great staff team and community who work hard to deliver the best for our children

¨ A place where well-being is very high on our agenda

¨ The opportunity to join a great team of teachers and to become part of a fantastic learning community

¨ Support with your career progression and development

If this interests you or made you pause, then come and meet our community because it means that you’ve got the feeling there is something about this school that is unique. We would love to show you around so you can get a real feel for our school and get to meet some of our fabulous children. You can get a real feel for what Brookmead School is about and we can share this exciting new vision of which you could be part. We look forward to meeting you.
