Job overview
At Ratton School we take pride in providing a safe and welcoming environment where students can learn and grow. As part of our commitment to excellence, we're looking for a cleaner who shares our passion for maintaining a hygienic and pleasant atmosphere throughout our school premises.
Day-to-day responsibilities will involve ensuring that designated areas of the school are kept clean and tidy. From classrooms to corridors, offices to washrooms, your efforts will play a vital role in creating a conducive learning environment for our students. In addition to cleaning duties, you'll also be responsible for reporting any safeguarding issues you encounter during your work. Your attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality will be essential in upholding our school's standards of safety and security.
We're looking for a candidate who takes pride in their work and is committed to achieving high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. While previous cleaning experience is beneficial, it's your reliability, attention to detail and willingness to learn that will set you apart.
As part of our team, you'll need to work well with others and be able to manage your time effectively. Flexibility is also key, as the demands of the role may vary between term time and school holiday periods.
Joining our team means becoming part of a supportive and inclusive community dedicated to providing the best possible environment for our students. You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference every day, knowing that your efforts contribute to the well-being of our school community.
We're committed to investing in our team members' success, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow both personally and professionally. If you're looking for a rewarding role where your contributions are valued, we'd love to hear from you.
