About us
Mablethorpe Primary Academy is a large 3–11 primary school located on the east coast. Here at our Academy, we put the child at the centre of a caring, sharing and achieving school, where positive relationships are based on mutual trust and respect, and this is at the heart of everything we do.
For all school staff, we aim to create a professional, working environment where staff are supported to be the best that they can be. We do this by working as part of Greenwood Academy Trust (GAT) – this means we work with over 30 other schools who are part of our Trust, sharing expertise and developing best practice. We aim to provide appropriate training at all levels to ensure all staff’s practice develops over time. We ensure that workload and staff well-being are a priority, focusing our time and energy on things that make a difference to children's learning.
In return
Being part of the GAT, you can be assured that you will be joining a successful Multi Academy Trust that has a great track record in helping children to succeed, no matter what their background. The Trust is dedicated to valuing and developing the workforce, whether that be through ensuring a fair workload or offering access to bespoke CPD from the Learning Alliance to enhance professional growth.
We believe in looking after the people who make a huge difference to our children, their families and the communities we serve. That’s why we give everyone who joins a Perkbox account – with 24/7 access to perks and discounts, plus curated wellbeing tools to look after your physical and mental health. It’s part of our commitment to look after you.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Hundreds of global and local perks, available online 24/7
