During Meeting:

  • Minute-taking at the meetings
  • Ensuring the meeting keeps to time
  • Noting any points of governance for forwarding to the Governance Professional after the meeting

After Meeting:

  • Typing up minutes for checking within 5 working days
  • Circulate minutes to LGC and all attendees
  • Ensure all actions are carried forward
  • Follow up on non-attendance and update and monitor registers
